The upcoming Portland Festival of Cinema, Animation & Technology (PFCAT) will be taking place in-person at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry August 3rd through 6th, 2023. The festival embraces cutting-edge technology and its role in modern filmmaking.

The 2023 festival will feature 119 films and animations with a line-up that includes animations for adults and kids, documentaries and experimental films, projects featuring FX and technology, and innovative cinematic classics. The event will also include special guests, speakers, networking events, panel presentations and parties.
