The Jade District is partnering with Portland Community College for the 8th Jade International Night Market at PCC’s Southeast Campus in the heart of the Jade District. Featuring food and retail vendors, multi-cultural performances, and kid’s activities, including an opportunity for kids to decorate and pot their own houseplant with Portland Nursery.
